Lieutenant Sunye and her mission in Haiti! (rant time)

The Hottest MILF (under the age of 30) in the game... Min Sunye!

Ah Sunye, what do I do with you?

You get married and have a baby and start living your life for God, which I can respect, and find there is more to life than being an idol or being a Wonder Girl. Good for you... I can take that on board and it's your life to lead, who am I to make a judgement on how you live it, right?

So now you can hand your position as Leader to someone else, perhaps Yeeun? Then maybe get someone to fill your space so Wonder Girls could be five again right?

Oh... Okay you decided to renew your contract. Perhaps you still want to sing, right? Good way to put money on the table, you could do a Sunmi and have a solo career, perhaps do some Drama OSTs or maybe even sing a nice RnB track here or there--

... Okay? You signed on back as a Wonder Girl... So you're going to continue being in an idol group as a married woman with a daughter. Not sure how you're gonna look after your kid or even have much success in that department because fanboys like their idols to be single (hence the reason why no one ever confirms if they are dating) but fair enough you're probably doing it for the girls, right?

You've been doing this for a while now and had to suffer some member changes... It's only fair that as the Leader you stick by them during these hard times--

You're going on a mission trip to Haiti... For five years?

... ... ...

Okay, no seriously, what the fuck?

With the utmost respect in the world because I actually love Sunye, she's my third favourite behind the two Y Chromosomes of Wondergirls (Yeeun and Yubin). But I think it's about time I actually said this.

Sunye I need you to respectfully...

The amount of Grade A, Malaria Infested and Gonorrhea Seasoned bullshit you've been spewing out of your vocal cords for YEARS has been a huge factor to the constant suffering of the Wonder Girls brand.

Now fair enough you didn't kill the brand, JYP did... as a matter of fact, you were trying to save it by telling him not to go the States and for that I thank you, but seriously now, enough is enough, just leave!

No one has an issue with you living your life and living out your dreams, if you want to go on a mission trip to Haiti for five years, by all means go! It's a wonderful (pardon the pun) thing to do and honestly it's commendable that an idol is thinking about more than just their next appointment with Dr Kim...

However! Don't bring what's left of the Wonder Girls down with you by re-signing your contract as a member of the Wonder Girls and then plan to do something like this... It just goes against the entire point of re-signing in the first place, especially with the nature of this industry.

No matter who you are... You could be Shinhwa, DBSK, SNSD, 2NE1 or even the Wonder Girls... If you are gone for even the slightest bit over a year you could lose a lot of momentum popularity wise.

Heck the Wonder Girls learned that first hand when they left Korea for the States for three years... SNSD felt that with this year's less-than-stellar comeback which was about a year and a half after their last one.

Sunye, you have to make a choice now... Imagine the Wonder Girls was this cake--

You're feeling hungry now, aren't you? You're welcome.
It looks so delicious and it's so beautifully made right?

The intricate design of the strawberry-flavoured icing sugar and that white chocolate icing as well... It's like Angels just hand-crafted this thing from the Clouds of Heaven and the Tears of a Fairy. Truly beautiful.

You just wanna stare at this thing forever, but at the same time you want to take a bite out of it too... Here's the dilemma, the cake looks so appetizing and your mouth is watering, but so too are your eyes because you don't want to ruin the aesthetics.

Do you know what you're doing right now? You're trying to have your cake and eat it... It's an expression fondly used where I'm from and it describes exactly what you're doing in this situation.

I'm saying all this in like 2nd Person but I highly doubt you're reading this right now... I'm just saying that you need to make a choice.

You are either an idol with a somewhat respectable career and a well respected sunbae to most of your juniors with the girls that have been with you for years in the same environment, or you are a mother to your child and a dedicated Christian who works as a missionary to those who need her help.

It's no longer possible for you to be both without either bringing down your group or bringing down yourself.
